What are the "rules"?
Essential Terms of the Rental Agreement:
Rental periods in Summer are are divided into weeks, Sunday 15:00 to Sunday 13:00.
Payments:
Payment by Cash or Cheque.
Step 1: Your deposit of $500 has to be paid in order to confirm and hold your booking. This amount also doubles as your damage and cleaning deposit.
(In case of a cancellation on your behalf, these $500 will not be paid back to you. This means that these $500 will be deposited by us and will be paid back to you, only when you meet the conditions in step 3.)
Step 2: Six weeks prior to the onset of your rental period, you have to pay the full amount due for your rental period(s), as listed below.
(Cancellation policy: Failure to pay the full amount at this time, will constitute a cancellation of your booking. This means you will forfeit your booking, as well as your booking deposit of $500. Cancellation on your behalf, after paying the full rent, will result in a forfeit of your rental amount, however the $500 damage deposit will be returned to you.)
Step 3: Any damage that occurs during your rental period, or any cleanup that has to be performed afterwards, will be deducted from the amount that you paid in under Step 1. A cheque for the remainder will be send to the address that you provide us with. The checklist, with the detailed prices of damage/cleanup, is available for you.

We want you to be satisfied, and we hope to see you again next year!
